内镜下治疗上消化道出血的操作与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨上消化道出血患者的内镜诊断和治疗与护理要点。方法对上消化道出血患者在24小时内紧急胃镜检查并进行镜下止血及其他治疗。结果1200例患者中用单纯内镜下喷药加注射止血全部有效,有12例胃溃疡镜下表现为喷射性出血,喷药加注射止血后镜下仍见出血,需转外科手术治疗。结论胃镜下止血术治疗上消化道出血的即时效果显著,操作简便、易行,护理的配合工作十分重要。Objective To summarize the experience of the operation and nursing-care in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding via endoscope. Methods 1200 patients with Upper gastrointestinal bleeding received emergency gastroscopy and therapy within 24 hours. Results The emergency hemostasia rate was 100 % and 12 patients transferred to surgery because of rebleeding. Conclusion The usage,of Endoscope in Upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients is a safe , effective , less traumatic and cosmetically excellent method and the nursing-care is important too.
