老年高血压患者用药的依从性及护理对策

摘　　要：高血压病是老年人常见的心血管疾病,对心、脑、肾各重要脏器有严重的损害,长期合理地用药,可有效地控制血压,减少并发症,从而提高老年人的生活质量。我们对100例老年高血压患者出院6周后,进行追踪随访,结果显示,老年患者用药的依从性差,严重影响老年人生活质量和健康。Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease in the senile patients, it often brings great dysfunction to heat, brain and kidney. Taking drugs appropriately for long-term is effective to control the blood pressure, reduce the complications and prove the living quality. The results of our follow-up servy visit for one hundred senile hypertensive patients during six weeks after leaving hospital showed that the compliance with medication of senilents was bad, which influenced the living quality of them.
