摘  要:根据三氮苯类除草剂的结构特征,合成了三种不同的抗原,制备了三种高效价抗体,建立了检测莠去津、西玛津、扑草净残留量的酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)方法,方法的检测极限分别为1ng·mL-1,0.5ng·mL-1和2ng·mL-1。三种抗体对待检农药均有很高的特异性,H1BSA抗体对莠去津、西玛津、扑草净、西草净和环嗪酮的交叉反应分别为100%,10%,7.1%,1.4%和0;H2BSA抗体分别为44.6%,100%,0.31%,0.25%和0;H3BSA抗体分别为50.1%,8.9%,100%,25.1%和0.08%。对五种非三氯苯类除草剂丁草胺、氟乐灵、麦草畏、甲草胺、氟磺胺草醚均无交叉反应。The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detecting triazine herbicides was studied. Three bioactive antigens were synthesized and three high titre antisera were prepared. The ELISA for residue analysis of atrazine, simazine, prometryne was established. Their limits of detection were 1 ng·mL-1, 0. 5 ng· L-1 and 2ng· L-1 respectively. The cross-reaction of anti-H1BSA serum to atrazine, simazine, prometryne, simetryme, hexazinone was 100%, 10%, 7. 1%, 1.4% and 0 respective ly; of anti-H2BSA serum was 44. 6%, 100%, 0. 31%, 0. 25% and 0 respectively; of anti-H3BSA serum was 50. 1%, 8. 9%, 100%, 25.1%, and 0.08% respectively. Five non-triazine herbicides butachlor,triflualin alachlor, fomesafen, dicamba were tested and there was no cross-reaction between them.
