摘　　要：在经济全球化背景下,国际经济法发展有以下新动向:国际经济法的统一趋势明显加强;国际经济立法与其它各领域立法的联结和互动;国际经济法与国内经济法的融合日趋加深;国际经济法立法主体的多元化;作为新法律种类的“软规则”的出现及发展等。First of all, the article redefines globalization of world economy. Then the article analyzed the trends of the development International Economic Law（IEL）, such as： the reinforcing of unification trend of IF_L including; the trend of linkage and mutual influence on each other between IEL and international law in other fields; the increasingly integration of IEL and domestic economic law; the diversity of the law- making institutions of IEL; the emergence of soft laws and etc.
