摘　　要：目的探讨血浆神经肽Y在先兆子痫发生及发展中的意义。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定20例先兆子痫患者(先兆子痫组)及20例正常妊娠妇女分娩前血浆神经肽Y水平及分娩3～5d后血浆神经肽Y水平。结果分娩前先兆子痫组血浆神经肽Y水平(206.98±45.71)ng/L明显高于正常妊娠组(84.24±55.39)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);先兆子痫组分娩后神经肽Y水平(105.15±32.21)ng/L明显下降,与分娩前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.O1)。先兆子痫组分娩前神经肽Y水平与收缩压及平均动脉压均呈正相关(r分别为0.497、0.470,P均<0.05),分娩后血浆神经肽Y水平与收缩压及平均动脉压均无相关性(r分别为-0.040、-0.177,P均>0.05)。结论先兆子痫患者血浆神经肽Y水平明显升高,且分娩前的神经肽Y水平与收缩压及平均动脉压呈正相关,神经肽Y在先兆子痫的发生及发展中可能发挥了重要的作用。Objective To study the clinical significance of plasma neuropeptide Y（ NPY） concentration in patients with preeclampsia. Methods Plasma NPY levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 20 patients with preeclampsia and 20 normal pregnant women before delivery and 3 ～ 5 days after delivery,respectively.Results The plasma NPY levels in patients with preeclampsia（206.98 ± 45.71 ）ng/L were significantly higher than that of normal pregnancies （ 84.24 ± 55.39） ng/L before delivery （ P 〈 0. 0 1 ）. After delivery, plasma NPY levels were significantly decreased in patients with preeclampsia（ 105.15 ± 32.21 ）ng/L（ P 〈 0.01）. The levels of plasma NPY in patients with preeclampsia were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure（SBP） and the mean arterial blood pressure（MAP） before delivery（ r = 0.497, r = 0.470, P 〈 0.05, respectively）. The level of plasma NPY was not correlated with SBP and MAP after delivery （r = - 0.040, r = - 0.177, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions We draw a conclusion that the levels of NPY in plasma increase in women with preeclampsia, and were positively correlated with SBP and MAP. It may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of preeclampsia.
