摘　　要：中国走和平发展之路,必须妥善处理中美关系。大国的崛起必然改变原有的国际经济、政治秩序,改变世界外交的格局。中美经济竞合的道路是妥善处理中美关系的关键。中美之间的建设性合作关系,实质就是在独立自主、和平共处基础上的经济竞争与合作,以经济竞合逐步发展为经济聚合,共创中美经济的双盈局面。The peaceful development way that China is leading must take into account the appropriate Sino - UA relationship. The rising of one large country sees to it that the old international economy and political order are changing necessarily and the pattern of world foreign affiairs has changed as well. The vital point of dealing with the Sino - USA relationship is to take the way of Sino - USA economic competition and co- operation. The construction cooperation relation between China and USA, in essence, refers to economic competition and cooperation based on independent maintenance and self decision - making and peaceful co-existence, gradual development in economic competition and cooperation seen as economic polymerization and the win - win structure set up by two parties.
