尿嘧啶、三价因子和ATP对牛卵母细胞体外成熟的影响

摘　　要：研究了尿嘧啶、三价因子和三磷酸腺苷二钠盐（ATP）对牛卵母细胞体外成熟及后期发育的影响。结果表明，培养液中添加尿嘧啶和三价因子能够促进颗粒细胞的增殖，提高牛卵母细胞的成熟率、卵裂率及8～16细胞率；ATP对牛卵母细胞成熟率影响不大，但能提高孤雌激活胚胎发育能力。In this paper how the Uracil,ITS,and ATP affect the in vitro maturation （IVM） and viability of bovine oocytes was investigated. The result shows that the Uracil and ITS can promote the multiplication of the granule cells ,and improve the maturation rate ,cleavage rate ,and 8- 16 cell rate. ATP has not significant effect on the maturation rate of the oocytes, however it can enhance the viability of the parthenogenetic embryos.
