摘 要:在不改变皮革样品中六价铬提取方法的前提下,用经化学修饰剂预处理的石墨化碳黑固相萃取柱,对染色皮革的提取液进行脱色,将各种颜色的提取液净化为澄清无色的溶液,同时克服石墨化碳黑萃取柱对六价铬的吸附问题。解决了有色皮革中六价铬含量的测定难题。从0.5mg/kg到10mg/kg之间4个不同浓度水平的添加回收试验表明:方法的回收率在92.31%~100.33%之间,相对标准偏差〈3%,方法的检出限(LOD)D0.15mg/kgCr(Ⅵ)。A commercial ENVI - carb solid phase extraction cartridge was applied to decolour the leather extracts in order to eliminate all the colored substances that may interfere in the spectrophotometric detection of chromium ( Ⅵ ). There was almost no absorption of chromium ( Ⅵ ) on the solid phase extraction cartridges. The accuracy of the proposed method was tested by recovery tests in which the recovery rate was 92.31% -100.33 % and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 3 % ( 〈3% ). The limitation of determination (LOD) of this method was 0.15mg/kg which was lower than those achieved with the existing standard methods.
