摘　　要：目的为了了解老年人的健康状况和卫生服务需求,更好地开展社区卫生服务。方法采用整群随机抽样并进入入户调查的方法对463名65岁及以上老年人进行调查。结果患有慢性病的老年人占693.3‰,其中患有两种及以上慢性病的比例为26.35%;1.51%的老年人生活活动能力失能;23.76%的老年人认为自己健康状况不好;63.64%的老年人应住院而未住院,其最主要的原因为经济原因。心理健康状况和生活习惯等因素对自我健康状况评价和卫生服务需求有不同程度的影响。结论应根据老年人的需求和健康状况,更好的完善社区卫生服务。Objiective To identify the old people＇s health status and the demands of health service and deliver the community health service better. Method An inestigation was made 463 old pepole aged 65 and above by random cluster sampling and calling at the house. Results The aged people with chronic diseases account for 693.3% among whom 26.35% suffer from two or more than two chronic diseases; 1.51% have lost their life mobillity; 23. 7 % consider their health status was poor; those who ought to be hospitalized but fail to do so account for 63.64%, and the financial diffeulty was the main reason; the different factors such as self-estimation on the mentalhealth and living habit, ete have different influence on the health status and the demands of community health service. Conclusion Community health service ought to be perfected in accordance with their needs and health status.
