摘　　要：发酵液组分复杂,分离技术繁多,同其它方法相比膜分离技术以其独特的优势在该领域中获得推广。本文简单概述了膜分离技术在多糖、抗生素、饮料、酶制剂及乙醇发酵液提取浓缩中的应用以及国内外在这一领域的进展。对膜分离过程应用于该领域的前景进行了分析。Components of fermentation liquor are fairly complex and there are many relevant separation technologies for it.Compared with other separation methods, membrane separation technology was applied extensively because of unique advantages in this field.The domestic and abroad applications of membrane separation in extraction and concentration of amylose, antibiotics,drinks,enzyme preparations and ethanol fermentation liquor were simply summarized.The prospect of membrane separation process in the field was also analyzed.
