摘 要:1990年以来,安达及周围地区十几个市县的奶牛常不同程度的发生低磷酸盐血症。为查找病因、探讨发生机理、确定诊断方法及防治措施,我们从1994年开始,连续三年对安达地区养牛户奶牛的低磷酸盐血症进行流行病学调查、临床检查,并测定了病牛和假定健康牛的血清无机磷、钙、镁、碱性磷酸酶、羟膊氨酸及饲料和土壤磷含量。结果表明安达地区土壤含磷量低,导致植物性饲料的磷含量不足,是奶牛发生低磷酸盐血症的主要原因。流行情况和降雨量有关。临床多数表现为骨软症型,少数表现为血红蛋白尿型和混合型。Since 1990,there has been a hypophosphatemia of cows invarying degrees at the Anda and its ten and more surrounding cities andcounties. In order to search into the cause, pathogenesis and to definediagnostic methods and therapeutic measures,we started from 1994 to conduct an epidemiological survey and clinical examinations and testedInorganic phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, alkaline phosphatase, hydroxytroline in the sera of the diseased and hypothesized healthycows and contents of phosphorus in the feed and the soil.The resultsshowed that the lower content of phosphorus in the soil of the Andaregion led to a deficiency of phosphorus in the botanical feed,which isthe key cause of hypophosphatemia occurring in the cows. Itsepidemiology was related to rainfalls and seasons.Clinically, the mostof cases was type of osteomalacia,and a small number of cases werehemoglobinuria and mixed types.As a trsult,adding phosphorus in theforage and adding phosphoric manure in the soil were suggested as amain treatment measure.
