摘　　要：本文主要综述了谷氨酰胺的合成和降解及其去向,并对谷氨酰胺对早期断奶仔猪免疫功能包括仔猪肠道结构和功能、小肠酶活性、抗氧化能力及腹泻的影响进行了探讨。This article mainly discussed the synthesis degradation and the going of Glutamine. It also discussed the effects of Glutamine on immune function of early weanling piglet and the immune function including intestinal structure and function,intestinal enzyme activity, antioxidative capability and diarrhea.
