摘　　要：目的 研究伤寒Vi多糖菌苗免疫后长期效果。方法 现场实验流行病学。结果 接种后伤寒vi多糖菌苗1～3年的有一定的保护作用，且在这3年中保护效果无差别。结论 接种伤寒vi多糖菌苗是今后预防伤寒的重要措施之一，但不必要每年均接种。Objective To study the long- term effectiveness of typhoid Vi polysaccharide vaccination. Methods Using the field experimental epidemiological method. Results There were some protective effects 1-3 years after vaccination, and there were no significance with the 3 years. Conclusions Vaccination of the typhoid Vi polysaccharide vaccination is an important measure in prevention and control of this important infectious disease, and it is unnecessary to have boosting dose every year.
