摘　　要：目的探讨卵黄囊对早孕的诊断及其预后的价值。方法应用超声诊断仪观察129例早孕患者的卵黄囊的形态、大小,根据结果分为正常和异常妊娠组进行对比分析。结果正常和异常妊娠组的卵黄囊大小存在着明显差异(P<0.05)。结论应用超声检测卵黄囊可作为诊断早孕及预测妊娠发展和转归的较好手段。Objective To evaluate the value of yolk sac size and morphology in early pregnancy and prognosis. Methods The yolk sac in 129 pregnant women were measured by ultrasonography, and compared in normal and abnormal pregnancy group. Results Obvious difference existed between the size of yolk sacs in normal and abnormal pregnancy group （ P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The examination of yolk sacs by ultrasonography during early pregnancy can be used as a good measure to diagnosis early pregnancy and predict the development and prognosis of pregnancy.
