脉冲微波治疗前列腺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨脉冲微波治疗前列腺炎的效果。方法 收治前列腺炎病人532例。用南京亿高ECO-100型电脑微波前列腺炎治疗仪，经肛门途径发射脉冲微波，前列腺部位温度控制在41℃～42℃，每次持续45～60min，共七次。以显效、有效为判断疗效标准。结果 17～25岁组显效47．93％，有效52．07％，26～45岁组显效52．06％，有效47．94％，两组有效率100％。结论 脉冲微波经肛门途径治疗前列腺炎效果明显，有推广价值。Objective To research the therapeutic efficacy of pulsed microwave therrnotherapy for prostatitis. Methods Altogether 532 patients with prostatitis were divided into two groups according to age. The prostatitis patients were treated by a transrectal pulsed microwave, which was emitted by ECO - 100 type pulsed microwave thermotherapy apparatus of Yigao Nanjing. The prostate temperature was kept between 4113 -4213 and maintained for 45- 60 minutes throughout the duration of each therapeutic session. All patients were received 7 sessions thermotherapies as a full therapeutic course. The good effect and best effect were applied to evaluate the therapeutic results. Results The proportion of best effect was 47.93% and the good effect was 52.07% in the 17-25 years old group, and there were 52.06% and 47.94% in the 26-45 years old group respectively. Conclusion The transrectal pulsed microwave therrnotherapy demonstrates excellent clinical therapeutic efficacy in patients with prostatitis.
