微波治疗鼻出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察和探讨鼻出血鼻内窥镜微波治疗的疗效。方法对165例鼻出血患者行鼻内窥镜下微波治疗。术后随访观察6个月以上。结果复发者13例(占7.9%)。无鼻腔粘连、鼻穿孔等并发症。结论鼻内窥镜治疗鼻出血具有准确、迅速、方便、痛苦小等特点,具有良好的疗效,并发症少,相对安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of nosebleed by nasal endoscopic microwave therapy. Method One hundred and sixty - five patients with nosebleed were treated with microwave through the nasal endoscopy. Results Thirteen patients had recurrence of nosebleed and the recrudescence rate was 7. 9%. There were no significant adverse complications, such as adhesion of nasal Cavity or perforation of nose. Conclusion The treatment of nosebleed by nasal endoscopy and microwave is accurate, rapid, convenient, and less pain and discomfort. It is of good curative effect and less complications and worth applying in clinic.
