摘 要:目的 了解过氧乙酸消毒液现场和模拟现场杀菌效果、为防制疾病传播,合理使用消毒剂提供依据。方法 模拟现场杀菌试验和现场杀菌试验。结果 模拟现场,50、25、10mg/L三种浓度的过氧乙酸水溶液按8ml/m^3用量喷雾,作用20min,空气中细菌的杀灭率分别为99.95%~100%、98.74%~99.30%、85.05%~86.73%;过氧乙酸水溶液最低有效作用浓度为50mg/L。现场杀菌试验,2000mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液用气溶胶喷雾器按8ml/m^3用量喷雾,作用30min,消亡率为95.52%~99.36%。结论 合理使用过氧乙酸空气消毒剂,可以减少空气消毒剂对消毒物体刺激和损坏,并可节省消毒成本。Objective To understand the disinfection efficacy of peracetic acid (PAA) in spot and analogical spot, and to prevent propagation of disease. Methods Analogical spot test and spot test on Staphylococcus albus were conducted, Results Killing rates were 99.95%-100% , 98. 74 % - 99 . 30 % , and85.05%-86.?3% under concentrations of 50mg/L, 25mg/L, 10mg/L when spraying dose was 8 ml/m^3 , 20min disinfected in analogical spot test; minimal effective concentration (MEC) of PAA was 50mg/L. Killing rate was 95,52% -99.36% under the concentration of 2,000 mg/L when spraying dose was 8 ml/m^3, 30min disinfected in spot test. Conclusion Rational use of peracetic acid in air disinfection can reduce the stimulation and damage of disinfected object and save the costs of disinfection.
