摘 要:血吸虫病是全球第二大寄生虫病,波及范围广,危害时间长。本文回顾了近年来在血吸虫的生物特性、基因和细胞培养方面取得的进展,以及血吸虫病诊断、治疗药物和疫苗研制的新成果,介绍了利用天敌、竞争螺类和植物资源灭螺等生物领域消灭血吸虫中间宿主螺类的新方法。生物灭螺已经找到了一种培养细菌中断血吸虫生命周期的可行途径,有望在不久的将来为消灭血吸虫发挥重要作用。Schistosomiasis is a parasitic disease second only to malaria in its prevalence. It affects large range, and it is dangerous to people's health in the world. This paper reviews the recent research advances about the biological speciality, gene and cell cultivation. It introduces the great development on the diagnosis, drug and vaccination. It talks about how to use natural enemy, plant resource and competitive snails to eliminate the intermediate snail host. There is also a method that interrupts the life cycle of schistosomiasis parasite by using engineered Caulobacter, which is promising to play a role to eliminate schistosomiasis in the future.
