摘 要:为了实现铁路机车车辆轮对滚动轴承不解体的现场检修,设计了一种基于C均值算法便携式滚动轴承诊断系统,阐述了基于C均值算法的诊断原理、诊断系统的整体设计与结构。软件采用C++Builder开发,基于MS Ac-cess数据库,讨论了数据实例模块的表达,采用按采集时间和列车编号的查询方式,对货车滚动轴承进行了现场试验,给出保持架断裂典型故障信号故障实例。结果表明其应用于现场稳定可靠,采集诊断速度快,能准确检测出常见轴承故障,满足现场实时性要求。Based on fuzzy C-means clustering method, a diagnosis system of rolling bearings for freight carriage was developed in order to check roller bearing without disassembling in field. The diagnosis method, total design scheme and structure of the system were discussed. The software system was coded using C++ Builder,and the fault case library was build by using Access database. The methods of fault case storage and management were discussed. The fault cases were indexed with the sampling time and the serial number of the rolling bearing. The results of experiment on field show that the speed of sampling and diagnosis is fast, the system is reliable and in accordance with the field needs of real-time detection.
