摘  要:目的探讨神经干细胞假体移植治疗脊髓损伤的疗效。方法建立大鼠脊髓损伤模型,在此基础上进行神经干细胞假体移植治疗,并同时设立手术、神经干细胞及材料对照组。对各组实验大鼠分别在不同时相点给予BBB运动功能评分及电生理功能检测。结果神经干细胞假体治疗组在各时相点的评测数值均不同程度地优于其它各对照组,如在实验进行84d时,假体治疗组大鼠手术侧肢体BBB评分为(10.88±1.13)分,健侧肢体为(11.25±1.58)分;手术侧运动诱发电位N1波峰潜时为(12.28±2.19)ms,波幅为(15.84±1.81)μV,体感诱发电位波峰潜时为(17.88±2.18)ms,波幅为(7.43±1.84)μV,均不同程度地优于其它各组。结论神经干细胞假体移植治疗可显著促进脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能及电生理传导功能的恢复。Objective To evaluate the effect of neural stem cell cellular prostheses in treating spinal cord injury. using the BBB scale, motor evoked potentials(MEPs) and somatosensory evoked potentials(SEPs). Methods A model of a half-cut spinal cord, the lumbar intumescence of which was a lump defect, was formed using an improved knife. Cellular prostheses formed with neural stem cells and Sapeptide scaffold materials were transferred into the site of the spinal cord injury. Meanwhile, several control groups were treated like the cellular prosthesis group. The effect of each treatment was evaluated by grading on the BBB scale and detecting motor evoked potentials and somatosensory evoked potentials. Results The experimental results with the cellular prostheses were better than in the other groups. On the 84th day, the average BBB in the injured side hind limb of the cellular prosthesis group was measured as (10.88±1.13) and that on the opposite side was (11.25 ±1.58). The peak latency of the MEPand SEPN1 waves in the injured side hind limb were respectively ( 12.28 ± 2. 19) ms and ( 17.88 ±2. 18) ms with wave amplitudes of (15.84 ±1.81 )μV and (7.43 ±1.84 )μV. Conclusion Cellular prostheses formed with neural stem cells and Sapeptide can promote improved motor function and electrophysiological conduction after spinal cord injury.
