摘 要:采用M INQUE(1)的统计方法,利用ADM模型,估算甘蓝型油菜4个显性纯合两用系与7个显性恢复系以及F1代28个组合的7项脂肪酸性状的遗传效应。结果表明,棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生烯酸具有极显著母体效应,芥酸无母体效应存在。棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸主要受加性效应影响,显性效应也起着较大的作用;硬脂酸、亚麻酸、花生烯酸显性效应都达到了极显著水平,但没有检测到加性效应的存在。7项脂肪酸性状的广义和狭义遗传率均达到极显著水平。利用AD模型估算各组合F1,F2脂肪酸品质性状的杂种优势,群体超亲优势的预测值除亚麻酸外均达到显著水平,其中油酸为负向优势,其余都为正优势,表明甘蓝型油菜脂肪酸品质性状无有益杂种优势。Seven fatty acid traits of seven dominant restorers and four dominant homozygous two-type lines of Brassica napus L. and their 28 F1 s were analyzed for their additive, dominance and maternal effects by MINQUE( 1 ) approaches. Maternal effects for palmitic, oleic, linoleic, linolenic and esosenoic acids were statistically significant at 0.01 level. Erucic acid value showed no maternal effects. Palmitic, oleic and linoleic acids were controlled mainly by additive effects and, to a less extent, by dominant effects. Dominant effects for linolenic and esosenoic acids were statistically significant at 0.01 level, but additive effects were not detected. Broad and narrow sense heritability estimates were highly significant. Heterobeltiosis of fatty acid traits was analyzed by the genetic model of additive dominance by MINQUE ( 1 ) approaches for predicting the genotypic value and heterosis for offspring of hybrids. The prediction heterobehiosis Values were significant and positive in all the traits studied except linolenic acid, whose prediction value was negative.
