摘  要:以小麦温光型细胞核雄性不育系C050S为材料,研究了生长素、赤霉素、脱落酸和乙烯调控对小麦温光敏核不育系育性转换的影响。结果表明,在育性敏感期用外源IAA,GA3和ABA处理温光敏核雄不育小麦的不育株和可育株,其花粉育性和自交结实率都有不同程度的提高,可以降低不育植株的不育度,提高可育植株的可育度;用乙烯利(CEPA)和氨基乙氧基乙烯基甘氨酸(AVG)处理调控乙烯水平可以显著地改变温光敏核雄不育小麦的育性。The regulating effects of IAA, GA3, ABA and ethylene on fertility alternation of thermo-photo-sensitive genic male sterile (TGMS ) wheat were studied. Treatments with IAA, GA3 or ABA at the critical period for fertility alternation increased the frequency of fertile pollen grains and the frequency of self-pollinated fertile florets of the sterile plants as well as the fertile plants of TGMS wheat. Great ehanges were induced in fertility of TGMS lines either by promoting the release of ethylene by application of exogenous 2-chloroethyle phosphonic acid ( CEPA ), a releaser of ethylene, or by inhibiting its biosynthesis by using aminoethoxy vinylglyeine ( AVG), an inhibitor of ethylene biosynthesis.
