摘  要:在供应氨态氮(NH4+-N)和硝态氮(NO3--N)的条件下,试验研究松乳菇(Lactarius delicious)3个株系(Ld-1,Ld-2,Ld-3)的生长、氮吸收和硝酸还原酶(NR)活性。结果表明,供应NO3--N和供应NH4+-N相比,前者使外生菌根的生长量显著增加,NR活性显著提高,但菌丝含氮量显著降低。此外,供应NO3--N,Ld-1和Ld-3的吸氮量显著高于供应NH4+-N;Ld-2则相反。说明松乳菇均能够吸收利用NH4+-N和NO3--N,土壤中的NO3--N适宜松乳菇生长,也可能有益于它们感染寄主植物形成外生菌根。Thee strains of Lactarius delicious, Ld-1, Ld-2 and Ld-3, were cultured on Pachlewski solid culture medium supplied with NH4^+ -N or NO3^--N to study the effects of N sources on their growth, N uptake and nitrate reductase activity. The results showed that NO3^- -N promoted, to a greater extent, the growth and nitrate reductase activity of this fungus species as compared with NH4^+ -N, but N content in the hyphae was decreased. Moreover, Ld-1 and Ld-3 cuhured with NO3^- -N supply showed significantly higher N uptake that with NH4^+ -N supply, whereas the opposite was true of Ld-2, thus suggesting that the L. delicious strains can utilize both NH4^+ -N and NO3^- -N and that NO3^- -N in soils benefits their growth and infection to host roots to form ectomycorrhizal roots.
