摘 要:绿斑病藻寄生对奥灵达夏橙果实品质的影响试验结果表明:病藻寄生果实后对果实的大小、果形、可滴定酸无显著影响;病藻寄生严重度为40%和80%的夏橙果实明显降低了果皮中类胡萝卜素、花青素总量和花青素/(叶绿素+类胡萝卜素)比值,抑制了果实着色;当病藻寄生严重度为80%的夏橙果实显著降低了果实可食率、出汁率、可溶性固形物、总糖、维生素C和蛋白质含量。试验结果说明病藻大量寄生明显降低了夏橙果实的品质和商品性。Twenty-year-old trees of Valencia orange (Citrus cv. Olinda) were used as experiment materials and inoculated with Apatococcus lobatus. No significant influence was observed of A. lobatus parasitization on fruit weight, fruit shape index and titratable acid of the affected fruit as compared to the healthy fruit. Carotenoid, anthocyanidin and anthocyanidin/( chlorophyll + carotenoid) of fruit peel with medium infection severity (40%) and high infection severity (80%) were significantly decreased, compared to the healthy fruit (0%). Edible rate, juice percentage, total soluble solids, total sugars, vitamin C and protein content of the fruit with high severity ( 80% ) were markedly reduced. It is therefore concluded that a plentiful parasitization of the green spot algae significantly affected fruit quality.
