摘　　要：针对防汛工作中存在信息时效性低和信息获取受办公条件限制等问题,结合防汛工作的特点,设计并开发了基于无线应用协议(WAP)的防汛无线信息系统。该系统支持WAP手机、PDA等移动访问设备,提供无线的信息查询和检索,并实现了主动的短信PUSH服务。Considering the problems existed in flood control works such as information acquisition with a low speed and information acquisition limited by office condition, and the characteristics of flood control works. A flood control wireless information system based on Wireless Application Protocol（WAP） was designed and developed . It was a multiple interface system that user can access through WAP mobile phone, PDA and so on. It provided wireless information inquiry and retrieval, and realized the driving short message ＂push＂ service.
