摘　　要：燃汽轮机(GT)各部件装焊过程中大量采用了工艺拉筋,以提高装配精度,减小焊接变形,防止热处理变形和增加加工刚性。本文根据拉筋的不同功能进行简要的举例分析说明,使拉筋的作用更加明确化。A large number of the process tie wire shall be used for assemble welding of every component in the gas turbine in order to increase the assembling accuracy and reduce the welding distortion as well as prevent the distortion from the process of heat treatment, so that the machining stiffness can be increased. This article has briefly described and analyzed the tie wire functions with examples, in this case the functions of the tie wire has been well defined.
