摘　　要：介绍了内蒙古新巴尔虎左旗旅游资源,并按家标准GB/T18972-2003将其分为7主类;根据新左旗旅游资源特点,开发出6个功能景区,并针对各景区的功能特点,设计出各具特色的自然景点和人文景点,结合新左旗开发建设条件的优势,在不破坏资源的前提下,针对不同旅游者的需要设计出4条旅游线路。Tourist resources were introuduced, The tourist resources were divided into seven types according to Classification, investigation and evaluation of tourism resources （PRC national standard GB/T18972-2003）, In order to provide the evidence of its developing, six functional landscape area were designed based on the resources characteristic, Nature scene as well as humane scene planned to the functional feature of each landscape area. Integrateing with developing condition＇s superiority of Xinzuoqi, four tourist routes were designed.
