摘　　要：介绍了NC501型甲醇催化剂的装填数据、测温点分布和升温还原方案,论述了该催化剂的还原过程和生产运行情况,通过NC501型和C207型两炉催化剂生产运行数据的对比,对NC501型催化剂的使用效果进行了总结。Filling data, distribution of temperature measuring points and heating reduction scheme were introduced for NC501 type methanol catalyst, the reduction process and production operation situation for this catalyst were discussed, through the comparison of production operation data for two furnaces of catalyst i.e. NC501 type and C207 type catalysts, the using effect was summarized for NC501 type catalyst.
