摘 要:以MS培养基为基本培养基,用一品红花序轴培养产生的愈伤组织为材料,比较了不同浓度6-BA+NAA组合和6-BA+IBA组合处理对一品红愈伤组织分化芽特性的影响。结果表明:综合芽分化及生长状况,在6-BA与NAA两类激素组合中,以MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA培养基最好,MS+1.6 mg/L6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA和MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA次之,而在6-BA与IBA组合中,MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA和MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L IBA培养基较好,MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA次之。MS medium was used as a basic medium. Callus induced from inflorescence axis of Euphorbia pulcherrima was used as explants . It is compared that effects of combinations which contain different concentrations of 6-BA+NAA and 6-BA+IBA on characters of differentiated shoots from callus of E. pulcherrima. The results showed that , in combination of 6-BA+NAA,the best medium combination is MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,the subordinate is MS+1.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA and MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA. While in combination of 6-BA+IBA, the best medium combination is MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA and MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L IBA, the subordinate is MS+ 2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA.
