摘  要:以五味子叶柄、叶片、根和茎为试材进行冰冻切片,过程简单有效且所得图版清晰,在1天内即可获得高质量图片。其关键步骤是选择合适的甘油浓度、切片时的温度及展片技术。It was a time consuming process if technique of paraffin section was used to observe plant specimen because fussy processes such as dehydrating, infiltrating and embedding were needed before being observed. Cryo-sectioning technique was used to observe leafstalk, leaf, stem and root structure of Schisandra chinensis (Turez.)Ball.. The operating process was simple and efficient. Clear image could be acquired within one day. The crucial step were to select a proper concentration of glycerol, a suitable temperature of freezing and an appropriate way of section-flatting.
