摘　　要：密封箱式炉热处理零件的质量控制是一个系统工程,包括炉子结构、炉子控制系统、热处理工艺以及操作,其中一个环节出问题都将影响热处理零件质量。要保证零件的热处理质量,应有先进的炉子结构、先进的控制系统,有好的操作规程以及合理的热处理工艺。The quality control of parts heat treated in the sealed box furnace is a system engineering, including design, control system of the furnace and heat treatment process as well as operating. The quality of the heat treated parts would be affected if any link above-said should fail. Better quality of parts heat treated in the sealed box furnace can be obtained on condition that design and control system of the furnace are advanced and operating specifications and heat treatment process are reasonable.
