摘　　要：对火鸡疱疹病毒Ｆｃ－１２６克隆的种子培养物进行了纯净和免疫原性及其１５代、２１代传代毒的免疫原性检测。结果表明种子无细菌、真菌、支原体和外源病毒污染；在鸡胚成纤维细胞上生成典型的细胞病变并在琼脂凝胶覆盖下形成火鸡疱疹病毒特有的蚀斑。这两种功能能为特异性抗血清所中和，克隆种子本身及其传代毒的免疫原性良好，各种检测数据说明克隆种子状态良好，２１代毒以前的各代次传代毒均可以用于制造疫苗。Abstract The seed culture of the Turkey herpesvirus (HVT) Fc-126 clone was assayed for its purity and immunogenicity as well as immunogenicity of its 15th and 21st subcultured progenies.The results showed that, it is free from bacteria,fuungi, mycoplasmas and any other extraneous virus contamination. It produced typically cytopathic effects in monolayer of chicken embryo fibroblast cells, and formed plaques characteristic for HVT under overlaying agar gel. Both of these two functions might be neutralized by the specific antiserum. The immunogenicities of both the seed culture and its 15th and 21st subculture progenies were all as good as they showld be. All of these data demonstrated that, the seed culture is in a satisfying manner, and all the generations cultures from the seed culture to its 21st subcultured progenies are suitable for vaccine production.
