摘　　要：介绍了在冲天炉到感应电炉熔炼方式转变过程中所遇到的增碳剂使用、灰铸铁生产和生产组织方面的问题,立足于生产实际,采取控制增碳剂质量、注意使用方法,重视电炉生产效率、严格控制铁液温度等手段,成功实现了从冲天炉到电炉熔炼方式的转变。The problems met during the process of changing from cupola melting to induction furnace melting such as the usage of recaburizing agents, gray irons production, production organization and so on was introduced. Based on production practice and by adopting some measures including controlling quality of recarburizing agents, paying attention to usage method of recarburizing agents and productivity of induction furnace and strictly controlling iron liquid temperature, the transition of melting from cupola to induction furnace was successfully realized.
