摘　　要：缩松缺陷是导致多缸柴油机缸盖铸件渗漏的主要原因。通过改进铸造工艺、控制铁液成分、选择合适的孕育剂、使用碲涂料等综合控制手段,能有效降低缩松缺陷率,防止缸盖的渗漏现象。Dispersed shrinkage is the main reason causing leakage of multi-cylinder heads of diesel engines. By improving foundry method, controlling composition, choosing appropriate inoculant and using Te-coating, the shrinkage defect could be reduce effectively.
