摘 要:以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)和二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯(MDI)为主要原料合成了NCO含量不同的湿固化型聚氨酯热熔胶,并进行了力学性能和固化时间的测试。结果表明,当NCO质量分数为5%时其力学性能最好,拉伸剪切强度24h后可达1.74MPa,48h后可达1.78MPa;剥离强度24h后可达15.13kN/m,48h后可达15.63kN/m,随着相对湿度的增加,固化速度加快,当相对湿度为70%时,固化时间最佳。The moisture-curable polyurethane hot-meh adhesives with different NCO% were synthesized from polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG) ,polybutanediol adipate(PBA) and diphenyl methane-4,4' -diisocyanate (MDI). The mechanics and curing time were studied. The results showed that polyurethane hot-melt adhesive had the best mechanics property when NCO content was 5% ,the tensile shear strength and the peel strength would be 1.74 MPa and 15.13KN/m after 24 hours ,the tensile shear strength and the peel strength would be 1.78 MPa and 15.63 KN/m after 48 hours. As the relative humidity increasing , the curing speed became more and more faster, the curing speed was the best when relative humidity was 70%.
