普乐可复与环孢素A对肾移植患者血脂影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较普乐可复(FK506)与环孢素A(CsA)对肾移植术后病人血脂的影响。方法132例肾移植术后病人随机分为普乐可复组(n=67)和环孢素A组(n=85),术后随访2年,对比两组甘油三脂及总胆固醇水平。结果除术后6个月以外,其余时间点(术后1个月、3个月1、年和2年)FK506组的甘油三脂和总胆固醇水平均较CsA组低,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论肾移植术后病人应用FK506与CsA相比,高脂血症的发病率明显降低。Objective To compare the effects of serum lipids between FK506 and Cs in renal allograft recipients. Methods 132 cases of renal recipients were involved in this study, among them 67 on FK506 treatment and 85 on CsA treatment. Changes of serum lipids were observed in the follow - up for two years after transplantation. Results No sigrfifinant differentce of the serum lipids mean levels was found between the two groups before operation（ P 〉 0.05）. Serum cholestenrol and triglyceride in CsA group was significantly higher than that of FK506 group after operation. Conclusion FK506 is superior to CsA with respect to their effect on serum lipids.
