摘　　要：目的探讨自体脾组织移植在治疗创伤性脾破裂的应用。方法对本组于2000年1月至2005年4月22例脾破裂行全脾切除后,再行自体脾组织腹膜后移植术。通过检测外周血IgM、IgA、IgG水平和B超,CT、99mTc扫描来观察移植脾片成活和吞噬功能恢复情况。结果术后随访均显示移植脾存活良好,脾功能满意。结论自体脾组织移植可作为严重脾外伤全脾切除术后保留脾功能的一个重要有效手段。Objective To investigate the clinical application of retroperitoneal splenic autotransplantation in the treatment of traumatic rupture of spleen. Methods From January 2000 to April 2005, 22 eases with splenic rupture received total splenectomy and following the autotransplantation of spleen in the retroperitoneum were performed. The function of transplanted spleen were evaluated by IgM,IgA,IgG in peripheral blood. Survival of transplanted splenic piece was observed by ultrasound, CT and 99mTc scanning. Results All cases were cured. No complications were found after operation. Transplanted spleen was alive, and its functions were satisfactory. Conclusion Autrotransplantation of splenic tissues is an important therapeutic measure for reserving splenic function after total splenectomy due to severe splenic trauma.
