摘　　要：目的探讨微创经皮钢板接骨术治疗胫骨远端骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法从2002年8月至2004年4月采用微创经皮钢板接骨术治疗胫骨远段骨折18例。结果所有病例均得到随访,随访时间12个月～23个月,平均15个月。骨折愈合时间为9～18周,平均12.3周,无骨不愈合或延迟愈合。按Johner-Wruhs胫骨骨折疗效评定标准,优15例,良2例,可1例,优良率为94.4%。结论微创经皮钢板内固定符合生物学固定原则,有利于骨折的愈合。Objective To investigate the method and effect of minimally plate osteosynthesis（MIPPO） for the treatment of distal tibial fracture.Methods invasive pereutaneous Eighteen patients with distal tibial fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis from August 2002 to April 2004. Results All patients were followed up for 12～23 months （averaged 15 months ） .The mean time of the bony union was 9 to 18 weeks（mean 12.3 weeks）.There was no delayed union or nonunion in all cases. According to Johner-Wruhs scoring system, the results were excellent in 15,good in 2 and fair in 1.The excellent and good rate was 94.4%.Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis is a kind of biological osteosynthesis, and it has an advantage of accelerating bone healing.
