脂肪族水性聚氨酯涂饰剂的研制

摘　　要：以聚酯多元醇(ODX-218)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、乙二胺(EDA)和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,制备出稳定的水性阴离子型聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂。通过测定不同反应阶段剩余的异氰酸根含量,确定了合理的反应条件:反应时间3．5h、催化剂用量占单体总量的0．05％和反应温度80℃等,讨论了不同IPDI用量、DM- PA用量对产品的离心稳定性、涂膜吸水率等性能的影响。An anion aqueous polyurethane emulsion for leather finishing was synthesized with ODX-218, IPDI, EDA, and DMPA as main raw materials. By determining the content of - NCO in different reaction stages, the optimal conditions were obtained as follows., the reaction time was 3. 5 hours, the amount of catalyzer was 0. 05% of the total monomer amount in weight, and the reaction temperature was 80 ℃. The influences of different dosages of IPDI and DMPA on the centrifugal stability of the finishing agents and the water absorption of the films were discussed in this paper.
