芳香族甜菜碱型加脂复鞣剂的合成与表征

摘　　要：通过对羟基苯磺酸、苯酚、单宁及甲醛的共缩合,以及缩合产物对环氧季氨盐的亲核开环反应．合成了带有 C18烷烃链的芳香族甜菜型加脂复鞣剂。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对中间物及产物结构进行了跟踪表征。结果表明:反应过程中官能团的变化证实了产物的合成．产物中C18烷烃链的引入导致Tm大大降低,起到了明显的内增塑作用。aromatic betaine lubricating retanning agent with C18 hydrocarbon chain was synthesized by condensation reaction of 4-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid , phenol , tannin , formaldehyde and nucleophilic ring opening reaction from condensation product to epoxy quaternary ammonium salt. The structure of intermediate and product was measured and studied by FT-IR and DSC. The result showed that the preparation of target product was testified by transformation of functional group in reaction process . Espeeially the introduction of C18 hydrocarbon chain in product resulted in great reduction of Tm and induced the plasticization of polymer.
