摘　　要：目的为胰腺疾病的诊治提供解剖学资料。方法解剖观测22具胰腺标本。结果主胰管的管径变异比较大。主胰管在胰头、胰体和胰尾部的管直径分别是0.46±0.5、0.37±0.21、0.18±0.60。十二指肠大乳头开口于十二指肠降部下1/3部的约占60%(13/22),开口于降部的中1/3的占40%(8/22)。结论十二指肠小乳头位于大乳头的稍上方。Objectives To provide anatomic basis for diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic diseases. Methods 22 samples of pancreas were observed anatomically. Results Differences extist in the sizes of the pancreatic duct. The diameter of pancreatic duct in caput pancreatis, corpus pancreatis and cauda pancreatic are 0.46±0. 5,0. 37 ± 0.21 , 0. 18±0. 60 . Conclusion The position of papilla duodeni major and papilla duodeni minor were shown in the text.
