摘 要:文章结合国家电网公司农电工作部“十一五”科技发展规划纲要,紧扣调配集一体化技术发展方向,阐述了“十一五”期间县级电网调度自动化发展的技术趋势。涉及系统体系结构和支撑平台、硬件支撑平台、数据采集系统、公共通信网络租用、安全数据交互发布机制、动态DSCADA功能、实用化功能、电网分析软件、配网自动化实现模式、信息的分层和责任区域机制等,为新一轮县级电网调度自动化系统的改造和建设提供指导意见和建议。Assoicating with technology developing programming and design of State Grid Corporation of China during 11th five-years plan period, and following the developing direction of Dispatching, Distribution, Concentrative - Control integrative technology, this paper states the technology developing tendency of the electric power dispatching automation system in country power grid during 11th five-years plan period. It relates to system structure and support platform, inchdmg hardware support platform, data collecting system, PSTN hired, security data exchanging mechanism, dynamic SCADA, utility function, power analysis software, distribution automation realization mode, layered nfformation and duty region etc, and supplies directions opinion and advice about the new round constructing and rebuilding of country dispatching automation system.
