摘  要:原汽包水位保护系统为三取中逻辑,不能准确判断汽包水位变送器的质量。根据国家电力公司颁布的《防止电力生产重大事故二十五项重点要求》,将汽包水位保护系统进行了改造,引入分散控制系统(DCS),实现了三取二逻辑控制,并能够实现当1个变送器退出时自动转为二取一,当2个变送器退出时自动转为一取一的逻辑转换,提高了判断汽包水位变送器运行情况的质量,有效地防止了水位保护的拒动和误动。The original protection system of drum water level was the logic of "taking the middle from three",which couktn' t judge the quality of transducer of drum water level accurately.According to the《Twenty -free Key Requirements for Prevention of Major Failures of Power Production》promulgated by National Power Corporation, the protection system of drum water level was retrofitted, and the distributed control system(DCS)was introduced,to realize the logic of" taking two from three, and being able to realize the logic transfer" to transfer auto matically to"taking one from two"when one transducer withdraws,and to transfer automatically to"taking one from one" when two transducer withdraw. This retrofit haaproved the judgement quality of operation situation of drum water level transducers, effectively preventing the malfunction and operation rejection of drum water level protection.
