摘　　要：“政绩工程”应该综合治理,因为它可能出现在各级地方政府、各个行业和各个部门中,各类“政绩工程”是相互影响和相互作用的,其危害表现在各个方面。“政绩工程”必须综合治理,是因为导致“政绩工程”的原因是多方面的,它们也是相互影响和相互作用的。“政绩工程”的综合治理,必须从加强法制建设、行政体制改革、完善市场经济体制、强化社会监督机制,进行科学政绩观的教育,完善政绩评价标准和考核制度等多个层面上进行综合治理。＂ Achievement project＂ should be comprehensive administrated, because it exists in local governments and various circles in society, its harm exists in all respects in society, and the cause of ＂ achievement project＂ is complicated. So the comprehensive administration of ＂ achievement project＂ should be carried out from such aspects： improving legal system, reforming administrative system, perfecting market-economics system, strengthening supervising mechanism and improving the assessment standard and regulation of government s achievement.
