摘 要:随着高校的扩大招生,我国高校的在校生人数急剧增加,相应的高校的教师就显得缺乏,这一点在民办高校尤为突出。为了解决这个问题,民办高校普遍聘用了许多外聘教师,而且从实际情况来看,这一现象将延续相当长时间。但是目前民办高校对于外聘教师的管理并不规范,也没有真正发挥外聘教师的作用。基于此,提出了从人力资源管理的角度管理外聘教师,象专职教师一样进行绩效考评。With the enlargement of the enrollment, there is a shortage of teachers in universities and colleges in China, especially in private universities and colleges. In order to relieve the shortage, part-time teachers are usually employed in private universi- ties and colleges. This tendency will last long according to the reality. However, presently there is no good standard to follow in managing part-time teachers, and their role has not been brought into full play. This article suggests that part-time teachers be managed from the angle of human resource management and evaluated like what we do to full-time teachers.
