摘　　要：目的探讨甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)与黄连联合抗菌时药物的最佳用法。方法采用琼脂稀释法进行抗菌作用量效关系的研究。结果TMP对数剂量与其对黄连抗菌增效强度间基本上呈“S”型曲线关系。结论TMP对黄连具有广谱抗菌增效作用,并存在明显的量效关系。Objective To search for the optimal usage of combined TMP and Golden Thread for antibiosis, Methods Agar dilution method was used to study the close- effect relationship of antibiotic effect. Results The curvilinear relationship between the logarithmic dose of TMP and the strength of TMP increasing the broad- spectrum antibiotic effect of Golden Thread was roughly S- type. Conclusion TMP can increase the broad- spectrum antibiotic effect of Golden Thread. And there is the obvious dose- effect relationship between them.
