摘　　要：目的建立重感灵片中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC法),以Kramasil C18柱(150mm×4．6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相,柱温为30℃,流速为1．0 mL／min,检测波长为250 nm。结果葛根素进样量在0．158-1．584μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0．999 6,平均加样回收率为99．36％,RSD=0．72％。结论该方法灵敏、简便,结果准确、重现性好,适用于重感灵片中药成分的质量控制。Objective To establish RP- HPLC method for determination of Puerain contents in Zhongganling tablets. Methods RP- HPLC method was adopted and a Kramasil C18 column（150 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used at 30℃. The mobile phase was methanol- water（25：75）, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Results The calibration curve of puerain was linear in the range of 0. 158- 1. 584μg（ r =0. 999 6）, the average recovery rate was 99. 36%, RSD =0.72%. Conclusion The methods is high sensitivity, quick and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for quality control of the compositions of the Chinese traditional medicine in Zhongganling tablets.
