摘  要:装置大型化会带来巨大的经济效益,是未来发展的必然趋势。在长期运行试验的基础上,对H PB-Ⅰ型成型机的优、缺点进行了分析,并研制出适合秸秆成型特点的H PB-Ⅱ型液压秸秆成型机。该成型机充分利用了液压易于控制的优点,采用了两级预压机构,具有一定的创新性。生产试验和分析结果表明:该成型机与H PB-Ⅰ型成型机相比,不仅显著降低了单位产品能耗,而且有效地解决了液压油油温过高的问题。It is well known that large equipment can bring great economic benefits. Based on the performance results of HPB-I biomass briquette press, its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The large hydraulic piston briquetting press which named HPB-Ⅱ straw briquetting press was designed. This press makes full use of hydraulic advantages, a novel two grades precompression structure was used. The results of performance test and analysis indicate that the energy distribution was more reasonable than that of HPB-I biomass briquetting press, it not only had low energy consumption,but also solved the high oil temperature problem.
