摘  要:以Ta2O5为原料,经高温气固相氮化反应制备了新型光催化剂TaON,利用XRD、XPS、UV-VIS测试技术对样品进行表征,确定了其最佳制备条件。UV-VIS测试表明,新型光催化剂TaON的光谱响应范围拓展到了可见光区,具有可见光响应性能。另外,在模拟太阳光(氙灯≥420nm)照射下,在含有电子给体甲醇的水溶液中研究了TaON催化光解水制氢反应,考察了该催化剂表面贵金属的沉积量、电子给体含量、反应时间等因素对催化活性的影响。结果表明:在本实验条件下,当Ru负载量为0.4wt%,电子给体含量为30%,反应时间为4h时,TaON表现出较高的光催化活性,产氢速率最大为0.21mmol/h。A new kind of photocatalyst, TaON, was prepared by nitridation of solid phase, Ta2O5, at high temperature. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, XPS and UV-VIS. The best preparation condition was determined. The UV-VIS analysis proved that the response area of the sample was shifted to the visible light area. And it has shown the function of response to the visible light. In addition, the investigation that water was split into H2 by photocatalytic reaction with TaON as photocatalyst and methanol as electron donors under the irradiation of xenon lamp (λ≥420 nm) was made. The influence of factors such as the amount of loading noble metal on the surface of the photocatalyst, the ratio of electron donors to water in the solution and the time of reaction to the photocatalytic activity was also investigated in the paper. The results demonstrated that TaON showed high photocatalytic activity in the experiment condition that the loading amount of Ru was 0.4 wt%, the ratio of electron donors to water in the solution was 30%, the time of reaction was 4 h and the rate of hydrogen evolution was 0.21 mmol/h.
