摘　　要：我国目前在森林资源资产评估管理中存在着一系列问题,加强森林资源资产评估管理已势在必行。为此,不仅要尽快地建立健全统一、权威的森林资源资产评估法律、法规和政策规章,而且要加强对森林资源资产评估项目的管理、评估委托人的管理、评估机构和评估人员的管理,还应该加快评估行业管理模式的转变,以促进我国森林资源资产评估行业的健康发展。There are a series of problems in the course of forest resources assets＇ assessment management, and people must do their best to strengthen the management. In order to improve the level of assets＇ assessment control, people must set up and perfect correlative law and regulation as soon as possible, and in the same time people should reinforce assessment item management and assessment clients＇ management, assessment organization and its employees＇ control also should be enhanced too, and the professional management pattern must be transit in the end. All these supervisory measures would accelerate the development at a steady pace,
